Hiring HR Assistant
Location: *Karachi*
*Key Job Duties would be:*
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation of new joiners.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
• Assist in payroll preparation by uploading absences and leaves.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist in annual appraisals.
*Required Qualification, Skills and Abilities:*
• Bachelor’s degree with a good understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Fresh or 01 year experience in human resources, with exposure to various HR functions.
Proficient in MS OFFICE plus competency in Excel is essential for effectively managing HR-related data and information.
• Good communication skills to simplify complex HR-related information.
