Responsibilities –
– Add, manage, and upload daily attendance of associates on HRIS.
– Update calendars, schedule meetings (including meeting room reservations)
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the meeting room
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, envelopes, etc.)
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
Requirements –
– Bachelors degree from a recognized institution; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
– Atleast 6months to 1 year proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is a must
– Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
– Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizationalj skills
– Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Customer service attitude
