Required Customer Care Representative
Roles and Responsibilities
• Attend online customer calls and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders.
• Process orders, forms and application.
• Ensure to keep records of online customer data, inquiries and complaints.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer request.
• Prior handling online customer will be added advantage.
• At least graduate.
• 2-3 years’ experience related to similar criteria.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Females are encouraged to apply.
