To Provide Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely Services to Head HR
To Develop and Implement HR Strategies and Initiatives lined up with the general business methodology
To Prepare and Process Monthly Payroll Error Free and Ensure to Meet the Deadlines
To Ensure the Accuracy and Timely Process of every single External Party Summary on Monthly Basis for Bills
To Verify Expense Claims and a wide range of Vouchers
To Develop, Analyze and Update the Company’s Annual Budget, Bonus, Increments and Promotions
To Develop and Implementation of Cost Reduction Projects
To Manage Employee Loan Provision, Provident Fund and Deduction as Per Policy
To Develop and Implement HR Strategies
To Manage the Activities of Compensation and Benefits
Some other Task doled out by HOD
