Job Title: Assistant Company Secretary
Required Experience and Skills
– Seasoned professional with a proven track record of working in similar function
– Excellent communication skills along with advanced level of presentation & MS office skills
– Maintain Board and Committee records, including minutes, and the indices of reports
– Assist the Company Secretary in coordination and planning of Annual General Meetings and acting as a liaison
– Set up and maintain office filing systems, including correspondence and related administrative records
– Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, other statutory requirements, and governance best practices by filing SECP forms
– Coordinate with regulators, including SECP and Stock Exchange to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
– Assist in preparation of Annual/ Half Yearly/ Quarterly Reports and statutory returns.
– Assist in maintenance of statutory reports and registers.
– Other administrative/secretarial duties as required
