Job Description.

We are looking for Accounts Assistant / Office Assistant.

This job is responsible for supporting the accounting department by filing documents,

Reconciling statements and running software programs.

  • Requirements and skills
  • Help prepare invoice and expense report Analyze financial data.
  • Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy.
  • File documents, drafting and responding emails.
  • Manage account receivable and payable general ledger in accordance with accounting
  • Prepare invoices for clients.
  • Prepare bank receipt and payment voucher.
  • Expert with computer well versed in communication both written and verbal, expert in
  • Working and Accounting software, good knowledge working with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions

Job location: Mian Chamber, Opp; Sindh Madrassah Market, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Karachi.
